Dr. Yusuf is a terrific physician, providing excellent specialty care. The office itself is a little cramped and dated, but the staff is efficient and I’ve never waited too long to be seen. Recommend this group and especially Dr. Yusuf.

This office by far exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Dr Julien had a great bed side manner and made me feel very comfortable. This by far was the best visit I have had at a doctors office in a while.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant when taking registered information in preparing me for my procedure. The nurses and doctors were polite and attentive. The experience was absolutely enlightening - I felt confident that I had a staff of people looking out for my wellbeing. Dr. Ross has performed mine and my wife's colonoscopies for years, with the utmost professionalism. With this experience, I found that on this same day, a close relative was having their clonoscopy performed by Dr. Ross. In my opinion, the experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this facility, staff, nurses, and doctors, to anyone having a colonoscopy.

He has been my doctor since 1995 when he first started his business inmuch smaller office.I have 3 other family members that also go to him now that I referred them to Dr.Ross. Everyone one of us loves him.I refuse family members to see him for their troubles like I have. He is the best in the Lansing area.

I had a <5 minute wait in the waiting room. The medical assistant/nurse was very pleasant and knew exactly what she needed to do and what info to collect from me.Only a 5 minute wait to see Leslie, the certified P.A. I thought Leslie was very professional and appeared very experienced. I was allowed to take a test at home and start on a fiber supplement instead of scheduling a colonoscopy right away (which I may end up needing anyway).I hope Dr. Iftiker Ahmad is enjoying his retirement. I liked him a lot.

He provided perspective and treatment that has greatly helped me move toward completion of my recovery from a procedure done at a different facility. I was nervous about this appointment. But from the first staff person I met, to the last, I gained confidence and reassurance that I was going to get excellent care. The staff, especially Nicole and Jennifer were professional, confident, caring and listened to my concerns and explained the process in detail, which helped allay my fears. Dr. Coffey was professional, friendly and very helpful. He took my needs in consideration as we made our plan of care after his diagnosis. Now I will feel much more confident if referred to this office in the future.

My meeting with Callie was excellent listening to my history and developing a plan and followup for my chronic problem. Callie was a big help discussing my suggested alternative options I posed to her and one option worked for me Thank God. I appreciate Callie being on my care team. She is very competent and caring. Callie Hart is simply the best.

These people are the best I wouldn't go anywhere else

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

My appointment experience was good. The staff were cordial and provided the necessary forms for me to complete. The appointment started promptly and the medical staff had reviewed my medical history and advised my thoroughly on my options and rationale for our choices.

Everything thing went timely and well informed. Lansing Surgery Center also recommended several ride services one of which got me there and back.

Staff were wonderful, friendly and caring. It would be great if an ultra sound for locating a good vein for starting an IV could be added, please.

The endoscopy procedure here cost thousands less than in my home town, Eaton Rapids. My daughter's procedure started on time and check-in process very efficient and put us at ease.
