I visited Lansing urgent care on September 15, 2026, and they placed a generic referral for GI issues due to my GJ tube use. Today, September 16, I called to follow up and was put on hold for 10 minutes before being transferred and scheduling an appointment for tomorrow, September 17, 2026, at 2 pm. Though having a colonoscopy is no fun. All the staff from the person that checks you in to the nurses and doctors were all very friendly and made sure you were as comfortable as possible. They even called to check on me to make sure I was feeling ok after the surgery.

I had a colonoscopy this morning 10/24/2025. I had Dr Lilly performs the procedure* She is amazing and the staff and nurses were so kind to me I have severe anxiety, and they answered all my questions even before my procedure I called a couple times, and they were very willing to answer any concerns. Highly recommend*
