I had an excellent meeting with Jonathan Thelen, PA. He was very thorough with his evaluation and took the time to answer my many questions. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

All of my questions were answered. Very professional & kind staff.

And that excellent treatment included staff who were without power in their homes due to the area's terrible storms. They did not compromise on their professionalism at all. I can't say I would be that great at work if I were going on day two without power. Thank you.

I was nervous about this appointment. But from the first staff person I met, to the last, I gained confidence and reassurance that I was going to get excellent care. The staff, especially Nicole and Jennifer were professional, confident, caring and listened to my concerns and explained the process in detail, which helped allay my fears. Dr. Coffey was professional, friendly and very helpful. He took my needs in consideration as we made our plan of care after his diagnosis. Now I will feel much more confident if referred to this office in the future.

Hospital is gorgeous. Nurses are great. Dr. Lee Allen is awesome and other Dr with her( I can't remember his name). All the nurses and anesthesia doctors were awesome. Great experience.

The endoscopy procedure here cost thousands less than in my home town, Eaton Rapids. My daughter's procedure started on time and check-in process very efficient and put us at ease.

Dr Jones has a great demeanor and he's willing to investigate and give you peace of mind regarding your concerns. Family members were also very happy with his explanations after procedure

Dr. Yusuf is a terrific physician, providing excellent specialty care. The office itself is a little cramped and dated, but the staff is efficient and I’ve never waited too long to be seen. Recommend this group and especially Dr. Yusuf.

They have been very informative about my health issues and of my concerns about my continued care.

I go to the bathroom every day. Before it was 5 to 7 days to go. I was a walking bacteria infection. I prayed and well I got a miracle. That you Don Laird and company. God bless

The front desk staff were very pleasant, even when I goofed up my paper work. The Drs. assistant was caring, sweet and thorough. Very easy to talk to and I felt the concern she had for me. Even the scheduler made sure I understood the procedure I was getting scheduled for.

Everyone was friendly, no pressure and got me back to pre-op pretty fast. I felt well cared for and comfortable. Post-op was also quick and easy, no pressure. It was easiest part of the whole colonoscopy.

I have recently found out I have cirrhosis of liver. Jonathan thelen is who I see. He has spent time with me answering my questions. He is very kind, professional and understanding.
