Dr. Ross has been my gastroenterologist for over 10-years. He is wonderful, a good doctor with a good sense of humor. I have a family history of cancer and Dr. Ross takes great care of me.

The staff is really nice and friendly. They helped ease any anxiety I felt before, during, and after my procedure. Dr. Jones also made time to talk to me, before the procedure, about what to expect (which isn’t always the case with other doctors) so that was appreciated.

Scott the PA that I saw on Saturday, May 19, 2026 was very knowledgeable and he answered both mine and my wifes questions very thoroughly and professionally. The treatment plan was also very clear. I hope seeing patients on Saturdays is permanent.

Everyone from check in to release was extremely kind. They checked on me throughout pre-surgery to make sure I was comfortable and didn't have any questions.

I was so worried about seeing a GI dr because I’ve been so tired of feeling unheard or dismissed. My appointment with Dr Ross left me feeling hopeful & very “seen”. I am truly grateful for how friendly, compassionate & considerate he was. The office staff was so nice as well. I’m so thankful there are still doctors out there that care & listen. He has been my doctor since 1995 when he first started his business in much smaller office. I have 3 other family members that also go to him now that I referred them to Dr.Ross. Everyone one of us loves him. I refuse family members to see him for their troubles like I have. He is the best in the Lansing area.

The PA who I met with was excellent. It was obvious that he had carefully read my CTScan before we met. He listened to me and had good rapport. I walked out of his office with a prescription for the meds I needed.

Doctors office... Friendly staff... Easy access... Have been trying to access their patient portal for years... Never successful... They appear to have all my current records, from all my medical care specialists... That makes me feel very secure... My being able to enroll in their portal would be a blessing... They had access to medical records that are unknown to Sparrow or McLaren.... Dating back to my Chattanooga DAZE

Staff makes you feel like you're no "just a number". They try to find convenient appointment times, I am very appreciated of my gastrologist and the PA that works with me. I most appreciate that they have helped with samples to see if they will work with me. That is wonderful.

Dr. Yusuf is a terrific physician, providing excellent specialty care. The office itself is a little cramped and dated, but the staff is efficient and I’ve never waited too long to be seen. Recommend this group and especially Dr. Yusuf.

I had a colonoscopy this morning 10/24/2025. I had Dr Lilly performs the procedure* She is amazing and the staff and nurses were so kind to me I have severe anxiety, and they answered all my questions even before my procedure I called a couple times, and they were very willing to answer any concerns. Highly recommend*

Everyone was very pleasant. But i found out later that they aren't a preferred provider for Humana. I got a $300 bill because of that Be careful and research it first.

My provider was very informative and helpful with suggestions to improve my digestive health!!

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

Never disappointed with experience, feel listened to and questions answered appropriately.

One of it best gastroenterologists in Michigan. I have been a patient since the early 2000’s always communicates, and has a high degree of care. He studies the patient and disease meticulously.

Staff at the DHI's Grand Ledge Office were very nice and worked together to come up with a treatment plan that would work best for me. Everyone was very caring and helpful. I was very nauseous from the medication that I had to take for the colonoscopy. Before my surgery I was vomiting and the staff kept asking me through the bathroom door if I was okay. They were very concerned. They gave me anti-nausea medication through my IV as soon as they got my IV in. Thank you for being so caring.

Dr. Hiatt listened to me. He was very thorough in his explanations and didn't talk down to me. It was very difficult just finding a gastroenterologist and he was very knowledgeable and sensitive.

Dr Jones, "Dorian" was very friendly and introduced himself by his first name making things much more pleasant. Very thorough, polite and kind. Answered all my questions with care and compassion for me. Scheduling my surgery (upper GI) was a breeze and within a very quick timeframe. (6 days later)!!!! The surgery was good at the surgery center w/very good staff concerned for me. Wait time from my scheduled procedure was over the time but went quickly once they took me to the OR. The nurse anesthesiologist, Lisa, was FANTASTIC!!! Very charming and charismatic. I highly recommend this Dr and the surgery center he operates out of.

First, thank you to the staff, not just one or two, the entire faculty!!! Being helpful and out right solid people is at the core of this team, you can feel it upon the first interaction. I apparently had an issue where extreme Restless Leg Syndrome was induced upon waking up. I don't remember very much, it is my understanding that everyone was very understanding and interested in my best interest. I've been told about my out of character behavior and I apologize almost as much as I thank you. Your team has way more integrity and character than I could be out of character. Thanks again to everyone who helped. Truly a great group of human beings within these walls. You're the best!
