Prep and procedure was on time, a little early even. Doctor and nurse after conversation and explanation heloful.

Dr Jones, "Dorian" was very friendly and introduced himself by his first name making things much more pleasant. Very thorough, polite and kind. Answered all my questions with care and compassion for me. Scheduling my surgery (upper GI) was a breeze and within a very quick timeframe. (6 days later)!!!! The surgery was good at the surgery center w/very good staff concerned for me. Wait time from my scheduled procedure was over the time but went quickly once they took me to the OR. The nurse anesthesiologist, Lisa, was FANTASTIC!!! Very charming and charismatic. I highly recommend this Dr and the surgery center he operates out of.

I had a colonoscopy this morning 10/24/2025. I had Dr Lilly performs the procedure*
She is amazing and the staff and nurses were so kind to me I have severe anxiety, and they answered all my questions even before my procedure I called a couple times, and they were very willing to answer any concerns. Highly recommend*

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

I felt like they had time for me. They really addressed the situation that I had for a professional, and I felt like I was gaining some ground somewhere in my treatment, easy and easy out pleasant atmosphere.

The staff here is super amazing; very fast, very nice, and very helpful. The whole experience of having to be there for a procedure was made so much better by them.

Dr. Ross has been my gastroenterologist for over 10-years. He is wonderful, a good doctor with a good sense of humor. I have a family history of cancer and Dr. Ross takes great care of me.

Everyone from check in to release was extremely kind. They checked on me throughout pre-surgery to make sure I was comfortable and didn't have any questions.

Had my first colonoscopy, yesterday. I was a bit nervous, but, the whole staff was very professional and put me at ease and Dr. Ross even cracked a little joke when he introduced himself and that helped even more. They got me in and out in no time. Will definitely go back there when it’s time to do it again.

I've been overwhelmed with my condition but the Dr's here are doing everything they can to slow progression down and they listen to what I say instead of shutting me down and believing only their opinions matter this place rocks

The nurse who did an initial exam was systematic and thoughtful. Dr. Ross listened attentively and walked me through his thinking. He made adjustments to my medication and added a new one that I used many years ago and was highly effective.

I recently had a procedure which was scheduled by Christian Plumm. She was pleasant, informed, and committed to my understanding of the process. Likewise, Dr. Ross and the surgical team were friendly, professional, and competent. Additionally, Kylie Dennis has been helpful and persistent in providing the best health care. She is extremely thorough and intent on diagnosing any gastroenterological issues I may be experiencing. In total, they constitute a great health team.

Everyone was very caring and helpful. I was very nauseous from the medication that I had to take for the colonoscopy. Before my surgery I was vomiting and the staff kept asking me through the bathroom door if I was okay. They were very concerned. They gave me anti-nausea medication through my IV as soon as they got my IV in. Thank you for being so caring.

Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Total time spent in the office from check-in to check-out was less than 20 minutes. I couldn't ask for more.

Dr. Lee-Allen was great! She explained my procedures and after care. She has such a pleasant and bubbly personality. She put me at ease, of course, it could have been the drugs😊

Dr. Yusuf is a terrific physician, providing excellent specialty care. The office itself is a little cramped and dated, but the staff is efficient and I’ve never waited too long to be seen. Recommend this group and especially Dr. Yusuf.

Wait time was very little. Maybe it was because I had an early appointment. Callie adressed any of my concerns. Things are going well for me so that's always good. Her assistant was great as well.

I have 3 other family members that also go to him now that I referred them to Dr.Ross. Everyone one of us loves him.
I refuse family members to see him for their troubles like I have. He is the best in the Lansing area.

Doctors office... Friendly staff... Easy access... Have been trying to access their patient portal for years... Never successful... They appear to have all my current records, from all my medical care specialists... That makes me feel very secure... My being able to enroll in their portal would be a blessing... They had access to medical records that are unknown to Sparrow or McLaren.... Dating back to my Chattanooga DAZE
