Khadra Mohamed, PA-C,

Khadra Mohamed, PA-C, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University. She then pursued training as an ultrasound technologist, which enabled her to become a Registered diagnostic medical sonographer with multiple subspecialties. Over the last ten years, Khadra has worked in various health centers across the United States before attending Western Michigan University.  She graduated with a Master of Science in Medicine as a Physician Assistant and is board-certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  Khadra joined the Digestive Health Institute team in 2023.

I was treated courteously and was ushered in to see the PA fairly quickly. The person who checked my vitals was friendly and efficient. The PA, Don Laird, is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened attentively to me, asked questions, and took copious notes. The person at the desk was also very efficient and friendly. If you are searching for a gastroenterologist, Digestive Health Institute is the place to go. I've been there several times and it's always been a positive experience. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Staff was courteous and professional. I was seen almost immediately. The PA I saw was thorough and explained things well. He outlined possible approaches to treat the issue, took my thoughts and concerns into consideration and together we agreed on a plan. Would recommend.
