Yesterday was my first appointment with DHI and I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received from everyone there...from the receptionist, to the intake person, to the PA! Very professional, personable, and approachable. Logan was a very likable, gregarious young man.

Deanna, RN who prepped me for surgery was great! Very caring and compassionate to my feelings and needs! She was the best with warm blankets and dimming the lights for me when she was finished. The anesthesiologist was more curt but the anesthesia was fine throughout the procedure.

Fast scheduling time, complete review of all my charts and previous test and fast referal for appointment and testing.

He has been my doctor since 1995 when he first started his business inmuch smaller office.I have 3 other family members that also go to him now that I referred them to Dr.Ross. Everyone one of us loves him.I refuse family members to see him for their troubles like I have. He is the best in the Lansing area.

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable, intuitive, kind and a pleasure to work with. The staff are very complimentary of him, and I felt very well cared for.

Hospital is gorgeous. Nurses are great. Dr. Lee Allen is awesome and other Dr with her( I can't remember his name). All the nurses and anesthesia doctors were awesome. Great experience.

I've been a patient of Dr. Plaehn's for over 12 years. He saved my life by finding my rectal cancer early and referring me to a great surgeon who took care of it. I've lost count of how many colonoscopies I've had over the years. It's been more than the average person. I've been cancer free for 12 years without chemo or radiation. Dr. Plaehn gets my highest recommendation.

Staff makes you feel like you're no "just a number". They try to find convenient appointment times, I am very appreciated of my gastrologist and the PA that works with me. I most appreciate that they have helped with samples to see if they will work with me. That is wonderful.
