Hospital is gorgeous. Nurses are great. Dr. Lee Allen is awesome and other Dr with her( I can't remember his name). All the nurses and anesthesia doctors were awesome. Great experience.

I have gotten more of a understanding of my digestive issue and ways of managing.

I have been coming to Dr Ross for approximately 23 or 24 years… And I have always found them to be outstanding. Dr Ross and his team that I have ever seen, talk to, or been treated by, have always been kind, courteous, great listeners and are truly compassionate, concerned in helping you resolve an issue.
I have never had an issue with anyone at Michigan gastroenterology, and I know your name has changed, but I can’t remember.

The staff and Doctors were great. They explained the procedure to remove a stone in my liver bile duct, and were able to set the procedure for the next day. The procedure went very well and again everyone was kind, helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this group.

Staff friendly. The Physician Assistant I saw was exceptionally knowledgeable, listened to me, had looked up my medical history prior to entering the examination room, and explained everything fully. The office visit exceeded my expectations.

Leslie took the time to answer our questions and point us in the direction that she felt would best suit our complicated situation. She made sure our prescriptions were up to date and was very knowledgeable and professional during our visit.

Dr. Ross and his PA & all office staff go out of their way to help me. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has any gastrointestinal issues they sure make you feel like your issues are their issues. Thanks so much

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Plaehn. I've been seeing him for colonoscopies and other gastro needs for over 15 years. Professional, highly competent, thorough, great follow up and always puts you at ease! Highly recommend.

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

He is an amazing Doctor and is very caring. He listens and is genuine.

Dr. Yusuf was very thorough and made me confident that he was checking my gastro system completely so I could relax about this area of my health.

I saw Cally Hart, because my liver count is high, she explained everything to me and was very thorough I would definitely recommend her if you have any stomach issues.

My experience was absolutely fantastic today. It was the most timely Doctors experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out before my actual procedure time. Everyone was very friendly. It was as pleasant as it could be for having a colonoscopy. I would definitely recommend the lansing surgery center and all of their staff.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and checked in very quickly. After waiting for around 5 minutes, I was called into the examination room. The pre-exam was quick and thorough. I was very impressed with Donald Laird. He picked up that I recently had several Cardiac stents inserted and recommended a change in my medication that was more compatible to reduce plaque build-up in my arteries. Thank you!

I've been a patient of Dr. Plaehn's for over 12 years. He saved my life by finding my rectal cancer early and referring me to a great surgeon who took care of it. I've lost count of how many colonoscopies I've had over the years. It's been more than the average person. I've been cancer free for 12 years without chemo or radiation. Dr. Plaehn gets my highest recommendation.

I came in for a follow up visit concerning my ulcerative colitis and was pleased with my progress and the quality of care.

I have 3 other family members that also go to him now that I referred them to Dr.Ross. Everyone one of us loves him.
I refuse family members to see him for their troubles like I have. He is the best in the Lansing area.
