Dr. Ross was very assertive, direct, and clear in explaining everything. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel confident that I was receiving excellent care.

I was so worried about seeing a GI dr because I’ve been so tired of feeling unheard or dismissed. My appointment with Dr Ross left me feeling hopeful & very “seen”. I am truly grateful for how friendly, compassionate & considerate he was. The office staff was so nice as well. I’m so thankful there are still doctors out there that care & listen. Thank you to him & his staff!

My experience with DHI has been excellent. I recently had a procedure which was scheduled by Christian Plumm. She was pleasant, informed, and committed to my understanding of the process. Likewise, Dr. Ross and the surgical team were friendly, professional, and competent. Additionally, Kylie Dennis has been helpful and persistent in providing the best health care. She is extremely thorough and intent on diagnosing any gastroenterological issues I may be experiencing. In total, they constitute a great health team. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Dr Ross for approximately 23 or 24 years… And I have always found them to be outstanding. Dr Ross and his team that I have ever seen, talk to, or been treated by, have always been kind, courteous, great listeners and are truly compassionate, concerned in helping you resolve an issue. I have never had an issue with anyone at Michigan gastroenterology, and I know your name has changed, but I can’t remember. Thank you for having the very best!
