I have total confidence in Dr. Coffey and his assessments of my health care. And I love that it doesn’t take many weeks to get an appointment. All of the staff is friendly and very helpful.

The Center is exceptionally professional yet very comfortable and friendly. I particularly recommend Dr. Dorian Jones, whose bedside manner is outstanding, nurse Missy--you couldn't find a kinder, more understanding nurse anywhere anytime--, and John the anesthetist. They were wonderful for putting me at ease and getting through a challenging procedure.

All the staff were friendly, efficient, and compassionate. Great experience.

Everyone was very pleasant. But i found out later that they aren't a preferred provider for Humana. I got a $300 bill because of that

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

Professional and friendly staff, everyone kept busy and was so kind. Answered all my questions and took care of my concerns promptly. Only feedback for improvement would be the wait time, I waited over 20mins after my appointment time to be called back into a room.

Dr Jones, "Dorian" was very friendly and introduced himself by his first name making things much more pleasant. Very thorough, polite and kind. Answered all my questions with care and compassion for me. Scheduling my surgery (upper GI) was a breeze and within a very quick timeframe. (6 days later)!!!! The surgery was good at the surgery center w/very good staff concerned for me. Wait time from my scheduled procedure was over the time but went quickly once they took me to the OR. The nurse anesthesiologist, Lisa, was FANTASTIC!!! Very charming and charismatic. I highly recommend this Dr and the surgery center he operates out of.

Very very smooth. I thought i would be there all day. I was home in 2 hours. I have IV infusions every 6 weeks, this was by far the easiest.

Stellar medical staff!

Everyone was very caring and helpful. I was very nauseous from the medication that I had to take for the colonoscopy. Before my surgery I was vomiting and the staff kept asking me through the bathroom door if I was okay. They were very concerned. They gave me anti-nausea medication through my IV as soon as they got my IV in. Thank you for being so caring.

The doctor and staff at the lower GI office were completely positive. I received excellent care and gentle support. The instructions were clear and helpful. The receptionists called me by name, and I did not need to wait in the waiting room. It was efficient and patient-oriented. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Leslie Thelen PA was amazing . She helped me with what I was referred to her for and another issue that I've been having for 10 years with no answers. She's trying hard to help me find answers for the issue I'm having. I very much appreciate her. She is very understanding and actually listens to her patients and tries very hard to help.

Fast and easy

Had my first colonoscopy, yesterday. I was a bit nervous, but, the whole staff was very professional and put me at ease and Dr. Ross even cracked a little joke when he introduced himself and that helped even more. They got me in and out in no time. Will definitely go back there when it’s time to do it again.

I am a very satisfied patient at DHI|Colorectal Surgery. I was very grateful that Dr. Coffey’s office staff arranged an appointment in the same week I called. They found a spot for me in their busy schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Coffey and his nursing staff talked me through what could be an embarrassing medical problem - an angry hemorrhoid. With compassion and grace, the doctor and his staff assured me that I was actually on the road to recovery and he would not need to complete a procedure to relieve the pain. Dr. Yusuf is a terrific physician, providing excellent specialty care. The office itself is a little cramped and dated, but the staff is efficient and I’ve never waited too long to be seen. Recommend this group and especially Dr. Yusuf.

Outstanding physician clinically and ethically

Works like a well oiled machine. Superb in every aspect, from check-in to checkout. If there is a negative it will always (at least in my experience) be the prep for the procedure.

This office has such a wonderful group of kind-hearted staff members. From the receptionist to Dr Opreanu, they displayed a great level of respect and concern for the needs of my well being from start to finish. This office is amazing.
Dr Coffey has to be one of the best surgeons out there. He really takes care of his patients as he did with me throughout my illness which lasted almost a year. Last July I was so sick I was unsure whether I would make it. Dr Coffey took care of that. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.
My Medical assistant, Caitlyn did an amazing job checking me in.
Nicole is another amazing Medical assistant who is so friendly.
When you walk in, Cassy even remembers your name She also does an awesome job. She is the 1st person I see when I walk through the door.

Excellent care by Dr. Jones and staff for my wife. So professional and after diagnosis was very clear. Pleased with the procedure! Of course no one likes the PrePep😆, but necessary.

There was a bit of a wait in the waiting room from the time I checked in until I was called to go back. After that it was very timely and over before I knew it. The staff was great!

Excellent place! The surgeon took the time to listen to my frustrations and concerns. As I was pretty frustrated with how my situation had been handled by other physicians. He seen my point of view and was able to preform a test and put my mind at ease that my cancer had not spread else where.

Friendly staff, wait time was short.

The staff and Doctors were great. They explained the procedure to remove a stone in my liver bile duct, and were able to set the procedure for the next day. The procedure went very well and again everyone was kind, helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this group.

He has been my doctor since 1995 when he first started his business in
much smaller office.
I have 3 other family members that also go to him now that I referred them to Dr.Ross. Everyone one of us loves him.
I refuse family members to see him for their troubles like I have. He is the best in the Lansing area.

The facility was nice. From check-in to check-out, the staff was courteous, explained everything that was happening. The IV nurse was exceptional. Didn't feel a thing. Dr. Wallin is the best. His bedside manner is through the roof good.

The care she showed was above and beyond, and is very much appreciated. If the organization hires and retains people like her, I can only imagine the quality of care received. Helpful, kind, and caring is what I would describe. Pure professionalism and class. I can't thank her enough.

The staff is really nice and friendly. They helped ease any anxiety I felt before, during, and after my procedure. Dr. Jones also made time to talk to me, before the procedure, about what to expect (which isn’t always the case with other doctors) so that was appreciated.
