Dr. Yusuf was very thorough and made me confident that he was checking my gastro system completely so I could relax about this area of my health.

Went back for my 2nd post op appointment and everything looks good. Couldn't be happier with Dr Opreanu. Very thro in explaining everything. Wait time was minimal. 👍

It was very lovely. Very efficient staff. I felt cared for and valued. My procedure was seamless, mostly because I was not aware of the procedure at all due to the excellent anesthetist. All in all a very good day, I felt like I was at a lovely Spa. Dr Julian is a very nice and talented Dr.

This was my second visit to the Lansing Surgery Center. My first was 10 years ago. The staff and Dr. Walling were prompt, friendly, personable and professional! They even called me the day after my procedure to check on me! I appreciate the wonderful care I received and I highly recommend them!

It is always a great experience, start to finish. The wait time is reasonable. Jonathon Thelen, the PA I see, is EXCELLENT. That guy gets it done and done well. He is always friendly and makes good small talk while dealing with the biz of my twice-yearly check-ins.

Due to several detours on the way to my appointment, I was 5 minutes late, however, I was treated courteously and was ushered in to see the PA fairly quickly. The PA, whom I specifically made the appointment with, listened attentively to me, asked questions, and took copious notes. Before I left, I had a prescription and a date for two procedures. The person who scheduled the future appointment was very efficient and friendly, and explained everything in full. If you are searching for a gastroenterologist, Digestive Health Institute is the place to go. I've been there several times and it's always been a positive experience. Also, it's easy to get to--except for the several detours I encountered the day I went!

He has been my doctor since 1995 when he first started his business inmuch smaller office.I have 3 other family members that also go to him now that I referred them to Dr.Ross. Everyone one of us loves him.I refuse family members to see him for their troubles like I have. He is the best in the Lansing area.

Staff is friendly and efficient, procedure was quick and easy. Saw the doctor after and was ony way home within two hours of arrival. Staff called the following morning to see how I was feeling. Excellent care.

This was my first visit to Dr. Julien’s office. The day before, the office called me to confirm information on my referral which was not correct. That was straightened out. On the day of the visit, the office staff was friendly and I did not wait long to be called back. DR. Julien was pleasant, and took his time answering my questions. I felt good about the appointment and left with confidence in him as my doctor.

All of the staff were very friendly and helped answer any questions I had, they also explained what steps the procedure would follow.

John Walling Jr. was professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with his service. If having a colonoscopy done I would highly recommend him and his staff at the Lansing Surgical Center. Thanks John!

I was very apprehensive about having a colonoscopy but Allison was so knowledgeable, personable and friendly in scheduling my procedure. Dr. Opreanu was so patient and respectful in listening and answering my questions. He was very skillful in removing 2 pre-cancerous polyps. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Great visit to this facility. Dr. Grace asked the right questions, and I felt my concerns were answered.

Dr. Yusuf is a terrific physician, providing excellent specialty care. The office itself is a little cramped and dated, but the staff is efficient and I’ve never waited too long to be seen. Recommend this group and especially Dr. Yusuf.

I was referred to the Digestive Health Institute (Capital Colorectal) by my primary care physician and have been very happy with the care and expertise of the doctor I am seeing there (Lucas Julien). The support staff are also very nice.

Dr. Yusaf was his usual outstanding self! Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Nurses were excellent, through, friendly and made me feel at ease as they could tell I was kind of nervous. I would definitely recommend the Lansing Surgery Center

My experience at Digestive Health Institute (DHI) has always been positive. The wait time is short. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Very pleasant atmosphere and experience.

Hospital is gorgeous. Nurses are great. Dr. Lee Allen is awesome and other Dr with her( I can't remember his name). All the nurses and anesthesia doctors were awesome. Great experience.

Phenomenal, extremely competent, honest and caring Doctor.

The receptionist was really nice and attentive. The waiting area was super clean and looked great. The medical assistant who took me back to my exam room was super cool and attentive. Scott Zielstra, a PA, was super helpful and knowledgeable, and he explained my medical diagnosis in a way I could understand. I totally recommend this gastroenterology practice.

Absolutely wonderful, skilled, and knowledgeable staff. The RNs were very knowledgeable and skilled, Dr. Lee-Allen it’s wonderful. As a clinician myself, her attitude and knowledge are two things I try to emulate in my own practice.

I have had several procedures done at Lansing Surgery Center. I highly recommend this over the hospital. Easy access, staff has always been very pleasant and informative. It's always been a positive experience. Dr. Walling is awesome! I love his rock music in his Surgery room. Not that you get to listen long 🙂

So much easier to park and navigate the Lansing Surgery Center over a hospital. Everyone was very nice, on time, and professional. Made a simple procedure even simpler.

I was in rather desperate need for a new GI doctor, and I could not be more pleased with Dr. Jones, his PA, Jonathan, and the rest of the staff.

I've have had three, if I remember correctly, Colonoscopies and an endoscopy in the last 20 years with Dr. Yusuf. I found him to be very nice and the procedures went without a problem. In addition he prescribed Omeprazole when it was first coming out, before it could be found over the counter. My esophagus was pitted and damaged from GERD. His prescription was life changing for me. At last it didn't feel like I was burping lava all day long.

Staff prepped me for my procedure without rushing.They obviously had to keep to a schedule. Very comfortable environment.

I had a really great experience, considering what I was there for. The staff really made me feel comfortable from checking in, until I made it to my car. They were very prompt, and answered any questions I had about my visit and afterwards. Hats off to them for a great experience!

Obviously we wish we never would’ve had to have a visit here, but the staff made a terrible situation better through their expertise, kindness, empathy and honesty.
